We transfer that expertise to our distributors through comprehensive training - in a program that combines classroom learning with extensive fieldwork on all aspects of manufacturing wastewater treatment:
1) electro-mechanical equipment; 2) chemistries; 3) waste stream analysis; and 4) problem identification and solution. Naturally, we teach Duraflow membranes and chemistries. But we also cover in depth more general subjects distributors will likely need to know when serving customers - like what can cause a loss of flow - or what to do if a manufacturer changes its process chemistry.
Our view - and our service - takes in the total system, not just pieces of it, and not just the chemistries or the equipment.

Duraflow only sells its products into facilities whose designs we certify as successfully implementing Duraflow technology. To ensure they do, we work closely with system OEMs - those who design and build wastewater discharge compliance and recycle systems. We give OEMs an overall orientation into why our products are different from other technologies with which they may be familiar, with specific recommendations regarding:
